  • Ingredients Sauce mix: Sugar, starch (corn, potato), salt, curry spices, apple powder, paprika powder, palm oil, onion, flavor, coriander, garlic, tomato, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, citroenssappoeder, ginger, milk sugar, milk protein, cayenne.   • Preparation Mix the marinade with 2 tablespoons wok oil in a bowl. Cut the chicken into strips and leave to marinate for about 15 minutes. Cook the rice according to instructions on the package. Coarsely chop the onion and tomatoes into chunks. Heat 1 tablespoon wok oil in a wok and fry the onion. Add the chicken strips and stir them well browned and cooked through. Add the sauce mix, 200ml coconut milk and tomato wedges and let it completely for about 4 minutes, simmer gently.
