  • Ingredients Glutinous rice for sushi.
  • Preparation 1. Rinse per person 75 grams of sushi rice with cold water and drain well. 2. Leave the rice to soak in cold water for 15 minutes. 3. Rinse the rice again and drain well. 4. Put the rice with 150 ml of cold water (per 75 grams) in a saucepan with a thick bottom and bring to the boil. 5. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until the water has been absorbed by the rice. 6. Remove the pan from the heat and leave covered for 15 minutes. For sushi: mix the cooked rice with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar and a large pinch of salt (amounts per 75 grams of uncooked rice).
