  • Preparation 1. Place one sheet of nori, rough side facing up, on the bamboo mat. 2. Spread a thin layer of cooked sushi rice evenly on the nori, leaving approximately 7 cm of space at the top edge. 3. Place the fish and/or vegetables onto the centre of the rice layer. 4. Carefully roll the nori with the bamboo mat away from your body, pressing the filling in the middle together. 5. Moisten the free end of the sheet of nori with water and seal the roll firmly. 6. Remove the roll from the mat and cut it into 5 or 6 slices with a sharp, wet knife.
  • Preservation Store in a cool dry place. Caution: This pack contains a small bag of moisture absorbent silica gel. Do not eat!
