  • Ingredients Black lentil flour, salt, rice flour, coconut oil, raising agent (calcium oxide).
  • Preparation Frying: 1. Heat 2-4 cm of vegetable oil in a frying pan. (Fry a piece of pappadum to see whether the oil is hot enough. If it expands immediately the temperature is right.) 2. Since pappadums expand considerably, they ought to be fried one by one for 2-3 seconds until crunchy. 3. Take the pappadum with pliers out of the pan and let it drain on kitchen paper. ATTENTION: Be careful with hot oil. In the microwave: 1. Spread vegetable oil on both sides of a pappadum. 2. Place the pappadum in the microwave and cover it with kitchen paper. 3. Heat for 30 seconds at the highest setting until the pappadum has completely expanded. These instructions are only a guideline. The power of your microwave may differ, adapt the preparation time to it.
  • Preservation Keep cool and dry. After opening consume immediately.
