  • Ingredients Wheat flour, wheat semolina.
  • Preparation 1. Bring a large amount of water to a boil (4 l for 500 g of noodle nests). 2. Pour the noodle nests into the pan and bring again to a boil while stirring. Take 2 to 3 noodle nests per person. 3. Cook the noodle nests for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time. Pull the noodle nests apart with 2 forks after 4 minutes. Stop after 9 minutes for an al dente pasta. 4. Rinse the noodles with lukewarm water in a strainer and leave to drain. 5. Return the noodles to the pan and add some (olive) oil.
