  • Preparation Necessary ingredients: 175 g of tofu, 1 small white cabbage, 125 g of soy sprouts, 1 carrot, 2 eggs, Conimex wok noodles (2 blocks), Conimex wok oil. Preparation: 1. Cut the tofu in blocks. Peel the carrot and cut it in strips. Cut the white cabbage in strips. 2. Make an omelet with the 2 eggs and cut it in strips. 3. Cook the wok noodles according to the instructions on the package. 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of wok oil in a wok and stir-fry the tofu until golden brown. Put the tofu on a plate. 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of wok oil in the same wok and stir-fry the strips of white cabbage and carrot for about 4 min. Add the soy sprouts, the tofu and the strips of omelet and stir-fry them with the rest. 6. Lower the heat, add the wok paste and stir well. Add the cooked wok noodles and heat the whole a little more.
