  • Ingredients Wheat flour, baking powder (E450i, E500), maize flour.
  • Preparation 1. Clean the raisins in lukewarm water (15 minutes) and pat dry. 2. Place the rack just below the middle of the oven and preheat the oven. 3. Grease the tin with butter or use bakingspray (for example, Dr. Oetker). 4. Stir in 200g soft butter in a mixing bowl and add 300g Self-raising flour, 160g caster sugar, pinch of salt and 2/3 of the lodge knocked egg. 5. Knead with mixer with a dough hook or by hand until a cohesive dough. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator. 6. Brush the strips and the edge of the cake with the remaining 1/3 egg. 14. Bake the pie in approximately 75 minutes until golden brown. 15. Let the pie cool 1 hour before removing the spring form.
