  • Ingredients Pie mix (165 grams): Sugar, dextrose, gelatin, skimmed milk powder, glucose syrup, palm oil, emulsifiers (E472a, E471), acid (citric acid), milk proteins (contain lactose). Pie crust mix (230 grams): Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), raising agents (E500, E503, E450), salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin).
  • Preparation Add personally: 200 g of MonChou in wrap (package), 250 ml of whipped cream, 60 g of butter/margarine, 100 ml of water. Requirements: Springform pan Ø 24 cm, mixer. Pie crust preparation (5 minutes): Place the enclosed sheet of baking paper on the bottom of the springform pan. Place the edge and close the springform pan. Melt 60 g of butter in a pan. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the content of the bag of pie crust mix through the melted butter. Cover the bottom of the springform pan evenly with the mass and press firmly with the back of a spoon. Put the springform pan in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Pie preparation (5 minutes): Beat in a bowl the MonChou (200 g at room temperature) with a mixer on the highest setting for 1 minute until smooth. Add the water (100 ml at room temperature) and the pie mix to the MonChou and beat on the middle setting until a uniform mass. Add the unbeaten whipped cream to the pie mixture and beat with a mixer on the medium setting for 1½ minutes until a uniform mass. Spread the pie mixture over the crust and leave the pie at least 2 hours in the fridge. Decoration (5 minutes): Decorate the MonChou pie just before serving with for example cherry pie filling or fresh fruit of your choice.
