  • Ingredients Bundt cake mix (450 g): sugar, wheat flour, starch (among others, wheat), raising agents (E500, E575, E450), emulsifiers (E475, E471), natural bourbon vanilla flavouring, ground vanilla pods, thickening agent (xanthan gum). Powdered sugar (15 g): powdered sugar, anti-caking agent (E341).
  • Preparation Necessary ingredients: 1 package of Koopmans Oud-Hollandse Tulband, 175 g of butter or margarine (at room temperature), 4 eggs (M), 50 ml of milk. Kitchen utensils: bundt cake mold of Ø 22 cm, mixer. Oven temperature: electric oven: 150°C; hot air oven: 140°C; gas oven: setting 2-3. Preparation time: preparation: about 10 minutes; baking time: 65-70 minutes. Preparation: 1. Place the grill slightly below the centre of the oven and preheat the oven. 2. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle the inside with flour or use baking spray (for example, Dr. Oetker). 3. Beat the 175 g of butter with the mixer until soft and creamy. 4. Add the bundt cake mix, the 4 eggs and the 50 ml of milk. 5. Mix with the mixer on the lowest setting for 1 minute for a uniform batter and mix then with the mixer on the highest setting for 3 minutes for a light batter. 6. Pour the batter into the bundt cake mold and bake the bundt cake for 65-70 minutes until cooked and golden brown. 7. Take the bundt cake from the oven and leave to cool in the mold for about 2 minutes. 8. Take the bundt cake from the mold and leave to cool on a surface. 9. Sprinkle the bundt cake with powdered sugar.
