  • Ingredients Corn starch, salt, colourings (E160a, E160b), flavouring.
  • Preparation Necessary ingredients: Pudding for 4 people: 1. 65 g of Dr. Oetker Custard. 2. 1 litre of milk. 3. 65 g of sugar. Cream for 4 people: 1. 50 g of Dr. Oetker Custard. 2. 1 litre of milk. 3. 65 g of sugar. Preparation Pudding: 1. Mix the sugar with the custard. 2. Mix 6 tablespoons of milk with the custard-sugar mixture. 3. Heat the remaining milk. 4. Add the custard mixture to the hot milk while stirring. 5. Bring to a boil while stirring. 6. Boil gently for about 3 more minutes, stirring from time to time. 7. Rinse the pudding mold with cold water. 8. Pour the pudding into the mold. 9. Leave the pudding to cool for about 3 hours. 10. Put the pudding on a flat plate. 11. Garnish the pudding with whipped cream, Dr. Oetker decorations or fresh fruits. Preparation Cream: 1. Mix the sugar with the custard. 2. Mix 6 tablespoons of milk with the custard-sugar mixture. 3. Heat the remaining milk. 4. Add the custard mixture to the hot milk while stirring. 5. Bring to a boil while stirring. 6. Boil gently for about 3 more minutes, stirring from time to time. 7. Serve the cream with lemon syrup.
