  • Ingredients Wheat flour, sugar, baking powder (E450, E500), salt, flavor.
  • Preparation 1. Put the 75 g raisins in lukewarm water (about 15 min) and pat dry. 2. Place the tray just below the middle of the oven and preheat the oven. 3. Grease the tin with butter or use a cooking spray (eg. Dr. Oetker). 4. Stir in 175g soft butter in a mixing bowl and add the mix and 2/3 of the beaten egg. 5. Knead with mixer with a dough hook or by hand until a cohesive dough. 6. Line the dough with 2-3 from the bottom and sides of the springform pan. If the dough is too sticky, you can put it in the fridge. 7. Peel 6 apples, remove the cores and slice the apples into cubes. 8. Mix the apples with 50 g sugar, 2 to 3 teaspoons cinnamon and raisins. 9. Fill the mold with the apple mixture and press it on. 10. Spinkle the surface with a little flour. Roll the remaining dough thin rolls, push it slightly flat and place it crosswise over the apple mixture. 11. Brush the strips and the edge of the cake with the rest of the beaten egg. 12. Bake the pie in 60-75 minutes until golden brown. 13. Let the pie cool for about 1 hour before removing the springform pan.
  • Preservation The apple pie can be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 days. Frozen, up to 3 weeks.
