  • Ingredients Wheat flour, sugar, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavoring.
  • Preparation 1. Place the tray in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven. 2. Grease the tin with butter or use a cooking spray (eg. Dr. Oetker). 3. Beat the egg in a bowl. 4. Stir in 200g soft butter in a mixing bowl. Then add the boterkoekmix and 2/3 of the beaten egg and knead it with a mixer with dough hook or by hand until a cohesive dough. 5. Put the dough into the tin and berdeel the dough with the back of a wet spoon on the form. 6. Brush the dough with the rest of the beaten egg. 7. Pull a fork with oblique lines in the dough, in a form of a diamond. 8. Bake the butter cake in approximately 25 minutes until golden brown. 9. Leave the butter cake for about 1 hour to cool down before removing the mold.
