  • Ingredients Mixes: wheat flour, sugar, corn starch, baking powder (E450i, E500ii), emulsifier (E475), flavoring, salt. Cacaomix: sugar, low fat cocoa powder 40%.
  • Preparation Place the tray just below the middle of the oven and preheat the oven. Grease the cake tin. Whisk in a mixing bowl 150g margerine at room temperature with a mixer until soft and creamy. Add the baking mix, 4 eggs at room temperature and 50ml milk and mix it for 1 minute with the mixer on the lowest setting until smooth. Beat then with the mixer on the highest for about 3 minutes or until a light batter. Leave about 1/3 of the batter (about 275g) separately and do the rest of the batter into the cake tin. Mix the remaining batter with cacaomix. Pour chocolate batter on top of the first layer of the cake pan and mix briefly, stirring with a fork. Bake in the middle of the oven until it is golden brown. Use a toothpick to check if the cake is cooked by sticking it in the middle of the cake. If the toothpick comes out dry, the cake is baked. Let the cake cool for 1 minute into the cake tin, remove the cake from the tin and let it cool a bit more.
