  • Ingredients Cake mix (150g): wheat flour, sugar, starch, raising agents (E341, E575, E500), lupine flour, skim milk powder, flavorings, emulsifiers (E475, E471). Glazuurmix (60g) icing sugar, lactose, starch, coloring (red beet, beta-carotene, E101), acid (citric acid), natural vanilla flavor. Decoration (10g): sugar, rice flour, water, vegetable oil, thickening agent (starch), aroma. E numbers are adjuvants approved by the EU.
  • Preparation 1. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and preheat the oven. 2. Beat 50g butter at room temperature with the mixer in a mixing soft and creamy. 3. Add 2 eggs in the cake mix. 4. Stir in the mixer to the lowest level in half a minute until smooth (do not knock lightly). 5. Set the 13 molds on a baking tray and make sure that they have enough space (3-5cm). 6. Divide the mix in the muffin cups. Make sure the attachment against the edge (5mm) remains on the baking tin (use 2 small spoons in the distribution of the batter). 7. Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake the cakes in about 15 minutes until golden brown and cool outside the oven. 8. Put the glazemix and 1 tablespoon water in a small bowl and stir until smooth and firm. 9. Cover with the back of a spoon a cupcake with glaze.
