  • Preparation 1. Place the wire rack just below the middle of the oven and preheat the oven. 2. Grease the cake tin and dust the insides with flour. 3. Peel the apple (1 large or small 1.5), remove the core and cut the apple into small cubes. 4. Beat 175g butter at room temperature with the mixer in a mixing soft and creamy. 5. Add the cake mix and 4 eggs (medium size) in one portion. 6. Beat with mixer to the lowest level in about 1 minute until smooth. 7. Whisk the batter with the mixer on the heighest position in 2-3 minutes until fluffy batter. 8. Add the apple pieces and cinnamon sugar to the batter and mix it with a spatula through the batter. 9. Pour the batter into the cake tin and put the cake in the oven directly. 10. Bake for 60-70 minutes until golden brown. 11. Let the cake cool in the tin for 3-4 minutes. 12. Remove the cake from the pan and let the cake with the convex side up on a rack to cool.
