  • Ingredients Pork 94% (of which 18% mechanically separated), water, salt, acid: citric acid, bovine collagen, stabilizer (E451, E452), smoke flavouring, antioxidant (ascorbic acid, rosemary extract), spice extracts (nutmeg, pepper, chili pepper), coriander extract, preservative E250.
  • Preparation In a pan: Put the smoked sausage -inside the closed inner wrapping- in hot, but not boiling, water for a quarter of an hour. Leave the sausage to cool for a minute before cutting. In the microwave: Take the smoked sausage from the outer wrapping, pierce a hole in the inner wrapping and heat for 2½ minutes at 500 watts. Leave the sausage to cool for a minute before cutting.
  • Preservation Store at room temperature. After opening the inner wrapping store the sausage covered in the fridge for max. 3 days.
