  • Preparation Cooking time: 5 minutes 1. Apply a liberal amount of water to a boil (4L for 500g pasta) and then sprinkle the Quick Cooking Macaroni, stirring in the water. 2. Cook the pasta with occasional stirring until cooked in five minutes. Keep four minutes for firmer (al dente) Quick Cooking Macaroni. 3. Rinse the pasta in a colander briefly with lukewarm water and leave to drain. 4. Put the quick cooking pasta back into the pan and stir possibly a dash of (olive) oil.
