Ingredients 32% salt, spices (pepper, caraway, paprika, cumin, coriander), vegetables (onion, garlic), herbs (thyme, oregano, rosemary), rice flour, flavouring, soy sauce powder (soybeans, wheat, salt, maltodextrin).
Preparation Sprinkle 1 kg of sliced pork, lamb or chicken with 30 grams of mixture (about 3 tablespoons) and let stand for a while. Fry the slices in heated oil or butter until brown and cooked. Serve with raw onion sliced in rings in a pita bread.
