It is not possible to change or return products that you buy from Super Lekker and that receive you in a good state, seeing the type of products that can deteriorate or expire.
If you accidently don´t receive the right product or the wrong amount of products you have to mention this to Super Lekker within 24 hours after receiving your order. In agreement we will see if a new product will be sent to you on costs of Super Lekker, if the purchase price will be returned or if you get a coupon for the next purchase.
If at the moment of delivery there is visible damage to the package you have to mention this on the packing slip with the transporter and mention this to Super Lekker within 24 hours. If necessary in agreement we will see how we can solve this (receive a new product on costs of Super Lekker, retribution of the purchase price or a coupon for a next purchase).

If a product doesn´t reach you in the right state you have to mention this by email to Super Lekker within 24 hours after receiving your order and you have to enclose a photo. In agreement we can send you a new product, we can return the purchase price to you or you can get a coupon for the next purchase. You have to save the product(s) you are complaining about because Super Lekker can decide to return this on our costs.
No reclamations can be made about situations caused by force majeure such as poor performance of the obligations of the couriers.
