  • Preparation 1. Cook the Macaroni according to the instructions on the package. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat until loose and brown. Add the vegetable mix and the mushrooms cut into pieces and fry these briefly. 3. Add 500 ml of water and the basis for Macaroni Stroganoff. Bring the whole to the boil and stir. 4. Simmer the sauce stirring from time to time for about 2 minutes. Serve the sauce over the pasta.
